This job contributes to the success of Doutor by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. The incumbent deploys baristas and delegates tasks so that the shift team can create and deliver the best in class experience consistently to all customers.

  • Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
