This job contributes to the success of Doutor by leading the store team to create and deliver best in class customer experience, while maintaining a safe and positive working environment. The incumbent is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store. A majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e. hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, as well as managing the store’s financial performance.

  • High school or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in analyzing financial reports.
  • College degree in business or related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
